STEP 1. Drop us an email (info@cookaraskitchen.co.uk) detailing your request/ event date and delivery address.

STEP 2. We’ll respond to your email (within 24 hours) with our availability and a secure payment link for you to make your purchase.

STEP 3. Once we receive your payment we’ll send an email confirmation with your estimated delivery or collection date.

STEP 4. That’s it! We’ll begin working on your yummy treats and let you know once they are ready for delivery.

What are your prices?

Cakes and treats are custom-made, especially for you, so let us know what you’d like and we’ll share quotes. Please note payment is required to confirm orders and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed.

How will I receive my order?

COOKARA’S Brownie and Krispy treat boxes are very robust, so we package these carefully and ship them via Royal Mail all over the UK! Our cakes are more delicate, however, so we offer a special hand-delivery service locally (Egham, Runnymede, Staines, Windsor, and Wraysbury postcodes). Collection from our Windsor address is also available. Your order will be ready for delivery or collection by the date agreed upon when your booking was confirmed.

How do I amend my order?

We want your cakes to be just right, so we'll try our best to accommodate your requests! If you'd like to amend your order drop us an email with a minimum of 48hrs notice. We cannot guarantee any alterations to your order after this time.

What's your cancellation policy?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If less than 48hrs notice is given the full cost of the booking will apply. For event orders (weddings, businesses, birthdays, and afternoon tea) we require a minimum of 7 days' notice. If less than 7 days' notice is given, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Can I return my cakes?

All our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns. Refunds will be given if the order is shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. If this is the case you must contact us within 24hrs of receipt. We cannot accept liability for any complaints after this time.

Do I need to be aware of any allergens?

Please be aware all of our treats may contain, or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soya, nuts, gluten, and sesame seeds.

What are your cake sizes?

Single-tiered cakes: 8inch

2 -tiered cakes: 8inch & 6inch

Cupcakes approx: 2.5inches

We also do custom cakes (e.g. numbers & letters) these are approx. 8inches.
